Tel Ark Eklemeli İmalat Teknolojisinin Çevresel Etkileri ve Sürdürülebilirlik İçin Düzenleyici Önlemler

Tel Ark Eklemeli İmalat (TAEİ), büyük ölçekli metal parçaların verimli üretiminde tercih edilen bir eklemeli imalat yöntemidir. TAEİ teknolojisi; havacılık, uzay, savunma, denizcilik, otomotiv, petrol, enerji, biyomedikal gibi pek çok alanda sıklıkla tercih edilen bir yöntem olmaya doğru gitmektedir. Geleneksel imalat yöntemlerine göre malzeme israfını azaltması ve hızlı üretim sağlaması TAEİ’nin öne çıkan avantajlarındandır. TAEİ uygulamaları, yüksek enerji gereksinimi nedeniyle özellikle elektrik tüketimi ve buna bağlı olarak ortaya çıkan karbon emisyonları açısından çevresel sürdürülebilirlik hedefleriyle çelişebilir. Bu durum, TAEİ süreçlerinin çevreye olan olumsuz etkisini azaltmaya yönelik düzenleyici önlemleri gündeme getirmektedir. Özellikle Avrupa Birliği’nin 2030 Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Hedefleri doğrultusunda, enerji verimliliği, atık yönetimi ve emisyon azaltımını teşvik eden düzenlemeler TAEİ’nin çevresel performansını iyileştirmeye yönelik çalışmaları başlatmıştır. Bu çalışmada, TAEİ teknolojisinin çevresel etkileri derinlemesine incelenmekte ve bu etkilerin azaltılması amacıyla uygulanan sürdürülebilirlik odaklı düzenlemeler değerlendirilmektedir. TAEİ süreçlerinde enerji tüketimini azaltmaya yönelik yeni teknolojilerin geliştirilmesi, kapalı döngü malzeme sistemlerinin entegrasyonu, düşük karbonlu metal alaşımlarının kullanılması ve geri dönüşüm oranlarının artırılması gibi konular üzerinde durulmaktadır. Ayrıca, Avrupa Birliği tarafından belirlenen çevre standartlarının TAEİ süreçlerine nasıl uygulanabileceği, sürdürülebilir imalat için belirlenen emisyon azaltma hedeflerinin ve kaynak yönetim stratejilerinin endüstriye uyarlanması da ele alınmaktadır. TAEİ’nin çevresel ayak izini küçültmeye yönelik gelişmeler, daha çevre dostu bir endüstriyel üretim yapısına ulaşmak için kritik öneme sahiptir. Bu çalışmada değerlendirilen düzenleyici gelişmelerin ve sürdürülebilir uygulamaların TAEİ süreçlerine entegre edilmesi hem çevresel hem de endüstriyel sürdürülebilirlik açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır. TAEİ’nin sürdürülebilir imalat çerçevesiyle uyumlu hâle getirilmesi, gelecekteki üretim süreçlerinin çevresel etkisini azaltarak endüstriyel ekosistemin daha dayanıklı ve çevre dostu bir yapıya kavuşmasını destekleyecektir.
