This book is designed to help readers navigate the difficult everyday decisions involved in supporting someone living with dementia. While caregiving is profoundly challenging, the ethical dimensions of these situations can complicate decision-making even further. All of the authors have experience supporting people living with dementia, either as family carers, healthcare professionals, or both. These experiences were brought together to create a guide for situations in which the desire to do the right thing is accompanied by uncertainty about how best to proceed.
